Nutrition for Runners: Travelling Noodles

Tonight’s recipe is one I have had the opportunity to enjoy for lunch at work lately. It is one that my wife and her sister came across and decided to try. I was lucky to be the beneficiary of healthy lunches for the work week.

The best part about this meal is that once you have prepared it all you need to do is add boiling water and you have a great lunch. It was great having more free time in the mornings when I did not have to worry about making lunches when we had these prepared.

If you want to mix it up a bit for something different you can change the type of meat used. We had it with chicken and with pork. Both options tasted great.
