I made this meal a few weeks ago. If you are interested in it you can find the full recipe here. While it is billed as a slow cooker meal I ended up making it as a stir-fry in order to save on time.
Once the chicken was chopped and ready to be tossed in the frying pan this was a quick meal to make. In terms of veggies I used broccoli and bok choy because that was what we had on hand but you could substitute for stir-fry veggies of your choice.
This is another meal that will definitely stay in our rotation.
