Nutrition for Runners: Classic Glo Bar

Tonight’s recipe is another one from the Oh There She Glows cookbook. This recipe is for a vegan energy bar. If you want to find the recipe you can find them on page 215 of the cookbook.

I made a batch of these last night and I must say this is a very easy recipe to make. It involves a very minimal amount of cooking. I made it during commercial breaks while watching the Amazing Race on tv last night.

I was quite pleased with how they turned out. They will make for great snacks at breakfast or before a run.
