Nutrition for Runners: Crab Lettuce Rolls with Papaya Salsa

After a few weeks of not posting recipes I am getting back to my weekly Wednesday feature. I think I have a great recipe to post tonight to get back into the routine.

Tonight’s recipe is a new one my wife caught being shown on tv. We tried it for the first time tonight and it was a big hit.

this would also be a great recipe to use on a hot day when you don’t want to heat up your house by using the stove.

If you want to try this recipe you can find it here. I will mention that my wife did make one change to it to suit my tastes by replacing the red onions with green onions. A great alternative if you ask me!
