Nutrition for Runners: Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Tonight’s recipe is a very easy one to make. You don’t need many ingredients to make. If fact you really only need two ingredients, strawberries and spinach.

If you want to make a dressing for it you will need a few more ingredients. I used the following recipe to make dressing for my salad.

It is a great healthy addition for a lunch. I already have mine made for lunch tomorrow. It will be the second time this week I have included this salad in my lunch.
