Nutrition for Runners: Peach Oatmeal Muffins

Muffins aren’t always the healthiest option for breakfast but the use of oats and whole-wheat pastry flour makes these muffins a healthier option. Not only are they a healthier option but they also taste great. They certainly did not last long in our house.

This recipe will certainly stay in our rotation!
