It is yet another recipe with kale, a common theme in our house in case you had not yet noticed from the recipes I have posted lately. We like to include kale when we can because of the health benefits it offers.
In terms of nutrition for runners, the meal is also a good source of carbs and protein. It is also a relatively quick and easy recipe to make if you are pressed for time.
