Nutrition for Runners: Asian Turkey Burgers

Tonight’s recipe is one that has become a favourite around here during bbq season. These turkey burgers are a healthier alternative to regular burgers.

To make these you’ll need:

  • ground turkey

  • chopped garlic

  • soy sauce

  • cumin

  • cilantro

Mix these ingredients together in a bowl and make your burgers. Throw them on the grill and you are all set with a great tasting healthy alternative to a bbq favourite.

For an extra kick you can serve them with wasabi ketchup!
