Nutrition for Runners: Shrimp burritos

Tonight’s recipe is a meal my wife improvised. It turned out so well I think we will b adding it to the rotation.

To make this you need shrimp, cream cheese, tomato, lime juice, chili powder, shredded cheddar cheese, cilantro, tomatillo salsa, slices of avocado and corn tortillas.

The first six ingredients were mixed together in a bowl, the served on the tortillas and topped with avocado, salsa and cilantro.
