Going into this month my only goal was to try and keep my mileage on par with what I did in November. So far, with no races scheduled and going through the first cold spell as winter approaches I have managed to keep myself on pace.
In January my mileage will start to go up again as I will be starting my 18 week training program for the Ottawa Marathon toward the end of the month so for now the goal is really about maintaining a regular running schedule.
