Ths morning I got back into my early routine of waking up at 5:00 and being out the door by 5:30. It was one of those days that made me question why I was running as it was dark and cold outside (-10 C or -18 with the windchill). In addition to that, I did not enocounter any other runners along my route.
By the time I got home I remembered why I forced myself out the door for a run at such an early hour. I feel better and more alert as I get ready to start my work day and I can just come home when I finish work instead of trying to have to keep myself motivated all day for an after wok run.
Anyone else have days like these?
