So far I have started December off with two runs in two days but I have not yet set any training goals for this month so far. Unless my plans change I will not be doing any races this month as I have not found any local races of interest to me.
Last month I managed to run 246 km. I think my goal for this month will primarily be to try and maintain my regular running schedule of 5-6 runs per week. If I can keep that up I might just end up surpassing my mileage total from November.
