So far I am up to 233 km for the month of November. With either today or tomorrow being a rest day I will get in two more runs before the month ends, one of which being a longer run. Unless I have to change my plan I will end up running between 250-260 km this month. Not bad for a month where I did not have any races scheduled to help keep me motivated.
I will try to maintain a similar schedule in December before I start my training program for May’s Ottawa Marathon in January.
Out of curiosity, I logged into my Garmin account and checked my current mileage for the year. So far this year I have logged 243 runs for 2861.46 km!
