Current Running Schedule

Since running Beat Beethoven at the end of October I have managed to maintain a regular running schedule of five 8-10 km runs during the week along with a slower 15-20 km run on Sundays.

I find that having a race to look forward to helps keep me motivated but I have not found one for either November or December and am just running to maintain my fitness with my longterm goal of running another personal best at the 2011 Ottawa Marathon in mind.

I would still like to run one more race before the end of the year and will register one if I come across one that interests me and fits into my schedule. Fortunately, for now my current approach seems to be working.
