This article provides a test to judge how competitive you are when it comes to running.
I took the test and ended up with a score of 0, almost gave myself a 1 for question 7 but although I don’t like missing a scheduled run I have forced myself to take an extra rest day in the past instead of running through injury.
Apparently this score suggests I am ”Perfectly Competitive. You push yourself in training and racing for your own personal satisfaction.”
I would say that describes why I run. I like to set goals for myself and push myself to achieve them. I am not overly concerned with how other do in the race.
