My Current Running Schedule

After a day of rest yesterday I got back on track with an 8.8 km run home from work tonight. Now that I don’t have any races scheduled I think and do not have a specific training schedule I think i will stick with my recent routine of 8-10 km runs after work. I will also continue to mix in some tempo runs and longer runs on Sunday until I register for another race and have to adjust my training schedule accordingly.

I would still like to do another race before the end of the year before my focus in January turns to training for the Ottawa marathon in May but I have not really taken a close look at upcoming races. If anyone knows of any upcoming races in the Ottawa area to suggest let me know.
